AGE REQUIREMENT: For Groups A – C customers must be over 21. Credit Card holders minimum age 21, cash renters minimum age 23, for groups D – Y minimum age 25.

DRIVER’S LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.

MINIMUM RENTAL: One day. Every hour in excess in calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.

TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.

DEPOSITS: Deposits for estimated changes are required at the beginning of rental with a minimum of 118 E daily. No deposit is required from Credit Card holders honored by KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL. Groups D – Y cannot be renter on cash basis.

INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL vehicles are covered against fire and liability to third parties ( excluding passengers in KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL vehicles ) for death, injury or damage to property. Driver’s responsibility for collision damages of KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL rented car is : for the first 4410 E for Groups a, b, 100300 E for Groups C, D, E, F, J, K, L , 17610 E for Groups G, X, Y and 23500 E for Groups H, I, M.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER ( CDW ): The renters liability for damage to the KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL vehicle as mentioned above, can be reduced to 90 E for groups A, B, C, and 150 E for all other groups by paying an addition daily fee as follows: 12 E for groups H, I, M, X, Y. The renter may waive the above liability ( 90E / 150 E) by paying 2,5 E rental day ( FDW ).

LIABILITY INSURANCE SUPPLEMENT ( LIS ): Covers the renter and the additional authorized drivers versus third parties in case of injury for unlimited amount and for property damage up to 147000 E. The daily charts is 1,5 E.

THEFT PROTECTION: Theft protection is an optional service which if accepted relieves the renter from all financial responsibility for loss or damage for the agreement. T.P. can be obtain under the following daily charge: 3 E for groups A, B, C, 5 E for groups D, E, F, G, J, K, L, and 8 E for groups H, I, M, X, Y.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE ( PAI ): For a charge of 3 E per day, Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained covering the driver and each passenger for: Medical expenses 1500 E and for Loss of life or total / part permanent disablement: 440000 E and 17610 E respectively. Aggregate indemnity foe every accident is limited to 88000 E.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE: 1,5 E per day.

TAXES: All rates are subject to 19 % V.A.T.

AIRPORT CHARGE: With agreement.

GASOLINE: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE: 5 E.

BABY SEATS: Available on request with a daily charge of 2 E.

LUGGAGE RACK: 3 E daily.

AVAILABILITY: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES: a) Each delivery or collection within city limits is charged with 8 E excluding KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL. b) Out of town charges: for groups A, B, C, 0,40 E per km., for all other groups 0,60 E per km. Night deliveries / collections 18 E each.

RENT – IT – HERE / LEAVE – IT – THERE SYSTEM: Applicable between Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki after a written authorization from KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL has been obtained. Unlimited rates are excluded. For all other towns a charge of 0,40 E per km. for groups A, B, C, and 0,60 E per km. for all other groups for the distance between the delivering and collecting points is required.

ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS: An advance written authorization from KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL is required.

FERRYING THE CAR: An advance written authorization from KYRIAKOULIS CAR RENTAL is required.
